Last updated October 29, 2026
You can delete your Real Self Defense account at any time. Deleting it is permanent and can’t be undone.
In the app (iPhone or Android)
- Open the Real Self Defense app and sign in.
- Open Profile (the person button on Today).
- Tap Delete Account and confirm with your password (or with Apple, if you signed up with Apple).
On the web
- Sign in at rsdfitness.com/app.
- Open Profile and choose Delete account.
- Confirm with your password.
By email
If you can’t sign in, email hello@rsdfitness.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it’s you and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your account: name, email address, password and sign-in links (including Sign in with Apple).
- Your training plan, workout history, rounds, drills and fitness test results.
- Your habits, streaks, notes and messages.
- Connected TVs and phones are signed out.
This happens immediately when you delete from the app or the web.
What we keep
- Payment and subscription records, which we have to keep for tax and accounting. They are no longer linked to you.
- Anonymous usage events, which are no longer linked to you.
Your membership
If you pay by card, deleting your account cancels your membership straight away. If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel the subscription in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Apple manages it and we can’t cancel it for you.
See our privacy policy for more about the data we collect.
